bad pictures of just over 40 birds seen at Dorchester Park tonight - I think are Terns of some sort

all of these are untouched - and taken through rain

my shot in the dark is "Foresters" 1) white wing tips and 2) reddish feet and 3) V-tail

ok - so what is the real answer?
